Client understands that the company will do their best to accommodate for a quick reschedule but have to work around other scheduled clients and weather. Company also has the permission to visit the property with little or no notice to assess service needs prior to the date of service, as well as to check completion after services have been rendered.
Client agrees to allow company to utilize their residential water source via outdoor spigot, which will be turned on and easily accessible on the date of service. If on well water, or if in an area with low water pressure or volume, client agrees to inform the company and will avoid using any water during the cleaning service. If clients water source is not sufficient for cleaning service, they must inform the company so they can adequately prepare to bring water with them to cover required flow. Bluegrass Soft Wash does not hook up to the homeowner’s power as our equipment is powered by our own systems or ran on gas. We do require that all outside electrical outlets and fixtures are shut off before arrival to complete washing service. The only hookup is to your homes spigot for water and the only item to be touched by the crew members. Crew members are to inspect any spigot previous to cleaning to ensure there is no damage to area and inspection after. Per their required training, they must take before and after photos. Bluegrass Soft Wash will not be held accountable for previously damaged spigots. Client will be informed of any previously noted damage. Bluegrass Soft Wash will not be held accountable for any issues within or outside the home that is not related to the cleaning service.
Bluegrass Soft Wash technicians are well trained in the equipment used in the cleaning industry and take extreme precautions in making sure the company does not cause harm to your investment. Bluegrass Soft Wash uses safe techniques with the use of low pressure on delicate surfaces such as siding. However, damage can still occur to any delicate surface due to poor maintenance, neglect to the property and or low grade building materials. Routine maintenance per manufacture’s recommendations on the homes surfaces, should be implemented by homeowners to avoid any potential defects. Prior to washing the home any areas of concern need to be addressed by the homeowner to insure a watertight seal. This will prevent damage from occurring. The homeowner assumes all the risks and takes responsibility for any damage that occurs due to improper maintenance.
On the date of service, the company will note any pre-existing damage on the field hand checklist sheet with the client and have them sign. If client is unable to sign at time of noted damage, the company will note the absence on the field hand check list sheet and take photos of noted damage. Homeowner will have to sign off on the checklist sheet to note they have been informed of any damage once work is complete. If homeowner is unavailable at time of completion, the office manager will notify client of any damage before work along with supporting documentation. If any new damage is found during the cleaning process, the company will cease all cleaning efforts until the client can see the damage and acknowledge its existence.
Client understands that the company has set procedures to ensure plant life around the area of cleaning is protected. Client understands that their wash could be scheduled during midday sun and there could be potential for leaf burn as water can get on and around the plant during the cleaning process. If any issues arise with plant life around the area of cleaning, the company will evaluate to see if plant life suffered from leaf burn and will recover or if it has been killed. Company will then determine plan of action after evaluation of plant life.

Client understands that any blemish or flaw or any existing oxidation will be more noticeable after cleaning. Signs of oxidation are as follows: chalky white powder on siding and the clear luster removed. Please understand if your home suffers from oxidation, you may see this difference after a cleaning. When home is covered with debris, those blemishes may not stand out as much as it would be after it has been cleaned. Most of the time those issues are pointed out to the client during estimate inspection or during cleaning process. Client understands that company may not find every flaw and is not reliable if it is more noticeable after wash unless it is found to be of negligence on company end. Client also understands that our cleaning solution is specifically designed for our cleaning services and it will not cause any discoloration or damage to the siding. Client understands that they must shut off all outside electrical outlets and fixtures at the breaker box prior to service.
When the company completes a roof wash service, client understands that all roofs react to our solution differently and results will vary. Our solution is guaranteed to completely kill any damaging growths such as algae, moss, or lichen. Client understands that the roof will show results of a cleaning but in some instances, it may take more time to completely remove the dead growths. This happens due to many factors such as age of roof, type of shingle, location, and the amount of buildup. It is understood that there is potential to have some light brown areas that remain after treatment. These light brown areas are dead algae which previous to treatment were black streaks. If this occurs, client understands it will take some time for the remaining dead algae to come off with assistance of natural elements such as sun exposure and rain. We request clients wait 6 to 8 weeks for the brown areas to fade. If after 6 to 8 weeks, the brown areas remain, we request you contact us immediately so we can come physically view the area to appropriately determine the next step. If roof has moss or lichen growth it will take some time for those to completely fall off. Since we do not use high pressure, we let our solution do the work. If the growth is deep into the shingle it will take time for it to remove. Those growths will turn white when treated with our solution. The client understands that the growths will dry out and fall off as the natural elements such as wind and rain assist with the removal process. If after 6 to 8 weeks the growths remain, we request client reaches out to company. We will then do onsite assessment to determine next step. Client also understands that our cleaning solution is specifically designed for our cleaning services, and it will not cause any discoloration or damage to the roof.

Isn't it curious how you often overlook the impact of your business's exterior until someone points it out? If you're finding that your establishment isn't making the best first impression, it might be time to consider the benefits of professional pressure washing. Not only does it significantly enhance curb appeal by removing layers of dirt, grime, stains, and even graffiti, but it also promotes a healthier environment for your customers and staff. Plus, it saves you time and effort that could be better spent focusing on your business. Now, you might wonder how to choose the right service for this job, and that's a consideration worth exploring further.
Beyond enhancing your business's curb appeal, pressure washing effectively eliminates stubborn dirt, grime, stains, and unwanted graffiti, revitalizing your property's appearance. This method gets deep into those hard-to-reach areas that traditional cleaning methods often miss, ensuring a thorough clean that not only looks good but also preserves the integrity of your property's surfaces.
If you've noticed that your building's exterior is looking a bit worse for wear, it's likely due to the accumulation of dirt and pollutants that can cling to surfaces over time. These unsightly blemishes can give customers a poor impression of your business before they even walk through the door. Pressure washing blasts away this buildup without the need for harsh chemicals, restoring the original look of your property and making a positive statement to your clients.
Graffiti, while sometimes artistic, can be a nuisance for business owners. It can detract from the professional appearance you've worked hard to maintain and can even drive customers away. Fortunately, pressure washing offers a powerful solution to quickly and efficiently remove graffiti, saving you time and money on costly repaint jobs.
Moreover, stubborn stains on sidewalks, parking lots, and exterior walls from oil, gum, and other substances are no match for the high-pressure water jets. These stains, if left untreated, can become permanent eyesores that damage the aesthetic appeal of your business. Pressure washing eradicates these blemishes, leaving behind a clean, welcoming environment for your customers.
Professional pressure washing instantly boosts your business's curb appeal, making a strong first impression on clients and visitors. When you're looking to attract new customers or impress stakeholders, the exterior of your building is the first thing they see. It's not just about keeping the sidewalks clean or the windows sparkling; it's about presenting a facade that reflects the quality and professionalism of your business inside and out.
You've likely invested a great deal in your business's location, signage, and landscaping. However, these elements can quickly become overshadowed by the accumulation of environmental pollutants, weathering, and everyday wear and tear. Pressure washing removes the layer of dullness and brings back the vibrant colors and clean lines that made you fall in love with your property in the first place.
Moreover, maintaining a clean and inviting exterior speaks volumes about your attention to detail and commitment to providing a positive experience for everyone who walks through your doors. It's not just about aesthetics; it's about creating an environment that feels welcoming and cared for. This level of care can significantly influence customer perceptions and decisions, making them more likely to choose your business over competitors with less appealing exteriors.
Don't underestimate the power of curb appeal. In today's competitive market, it's those small details that can make a big difference in setting your business apart. Investing in professional pressure washing services is a smart, cost-effective way to ensure your business always looks its best and stands out in a crowded marketplace.
In addition to its aesthetic benefits, pressure washing also creates a healthier environment for both your employees and customers by eliminating harmful pollutants and allergens from your property's surfaces.
When you opt for professional pressure washing, you're not just removing unsightly dirt and grime; you're also getting rid of mold, mildew, and algae that can thrive on sidewalks, walls, and roofs. These contaminants are not only eyesores but can pose serious health risks. Mold and mildew, for instance, can cause respiratory problems and exacerbate allergies and asthma. By keeping your business's exterior clean, you're helping to protect the health of everyone who steps onto your property.
Moreover, pressure washing dislodges pollutants that have settled on your property from the air. Urban areas, in particular, can suffer from a high concentration of vehicle exhausts, dust, and other pollutants that stick to building exteriors. Without regular cleaning, these pollutants can create an unhealthy environment for your employees and customers. Pressure washing breaks down and removes these harmful substances, significantly improving the air quality around your business.
Don't overlook the importance of maintaining a clean and inviting outdoor area. It's not just about aesthetics; it's about health. Regularly scheduled pressure washing prevents the buildup of harmful materials, ensuring that your business isn't just visually appealing but also a safe place for everyone. Investing in a cleaner environment reflects your commitment to the well-being of your community, enhancing your reputation as a responsible and health-conscious business owner.
While ensuring a healthier environment is a key benefit, opting for professional pressure washing also saves you considerable time and effort in maintaining your business's exterior. Picture this: instead of spending your weekend scrubbing away dirt and grime or coordinating your staff to do it, you can have a team of professionals handle it efficiently and effectively. They bring their expertise, equipment, and the right detergents to tackle the job, cutting through layers of dirt in a fraction of the time it would take manually.
You're not just saving on the physical exertion; think about the opportunity cost as well. Every hour you or your team spends trying to clean the exterior is an hour not spent on your business's core activities. By delegating this task to professionals, you free up valuable time that can be better spent on areas directly impacting your bottom line.
Moreover, attempting to do it yourself without the proper tools or knowledge can lead to mistakes. These mistakes not only waste more time but could potentially damage your property, leading to higher repair costs down the line. Professional pressure washers understand the nuances of different surfaces and how to clean them without causing harm, ensuring your property isn't just clean but also preserved.
In essence, investing in professional pressure washing is an investment in your business. It's about more than just cleanliness; it's about maximizing your time, effort, and resources to ensure your business not only looks its best but operates at its peak efficiency too.
Selecting the right professional pressure washing service requires careful consideration to ensure your business's exterior is both spotless and safeguarded. It's not just about finding the lowest price; it's about securing the best value for your investment. You've got to dig deep into the reputation, services offered, and the quality of work of any potential company.
Experience matters. You want a team that's seen and cleaned it all. Ask about their track record, the types of properties they've worked on, and request before-and-after photos. Genuine customer reviews can also offer valuable insights into their reliability and quality of work.
Consider the equipment and techniques they use. Professional pressure washing services like Blue Grass Soft Wash isn't just about high pressure; it's about the right pressure, temperature, and cleaning solutions for different surfaces. A knowledgeable provider will discuss the specifics of their process, ensuring your property isn't damaged in the pursuit of cleanliness.
Lastly, transparency in pricing is crucial. You should be given a detailed quote that outlines the services to be performed, without hidden fees. This quote should come only after a thorough assessment of your property to ensure accuracy.
Choosing the right pressure washing service means you're not just cleaning your business's exterior; you're investing in its longevity and appeal. Take your time, do your homework, and you'll be sure to find a partner that can meet, if not exceed, your expectations.
Yes, if not done properly, pressure washing can indeed damage the surfaces or paint of your business premises. It's crucial to use the right pressure and cleaning solutions tailored to your building's materials. High-pressure settings can strip away paint, damage wood siding, or even etch into concrete if not handled with care. Always hire a professional with the experience and equipment to safely and effectively clean your property without causing harm.
Just like you wouldn't wear the same shirt to every meeting, your business exterior needs regular refreshes to look its best. To effectively maintain your business's exterior appearance, you should schedule professional pressure washing at least once a year. However, if your premises are in a high-traffic area or subject to harsh weather conditions, you might need it more frequently, perhaps every six months, to ensure it always presents its best face to the world.
Yes, you've got to think about the environment when you're pressure washing. It's not just about blasting dirt away. You need to consider the chemicals you're using—are they eco-friendly? And what about water usage? You don't want to waste precious resources. So, it's crucial to choose methods and products that minimize environmental impact. This way, you can keep your place looking sharp without harming the planet.
Before a professional pressure washing team arrives, it's like prepping for a big date; you want everything to look its best. Ensure you've cleared the area of movable objects, secured windows, and doors, and pinpointed any areas needing special attention. Inform your team about water sources and electrical outlets' locations. This prep work paves the way for a smoother operation, allowing the professionals to dive right in and bring out the best in your business's exterior.
Yes, pressure washing can affect the longevity of building materials. To mitigate any negative effects, you'll need to ensure the team uses the right pressure settings and cleaning solutions for your specific materials. It's crucial to communicate any concerns about fragile areas or materials that might be damaged. Regular maintenance and choosing a reputable service also help prevent damage and extend the life of your building's exterior.
In wrapping up, think of professional pressure washing as the magic wand for your business's facade. It doesn't just scrub away the surface grime; it breathes new life into your property, making it shine like a beacon to potential clients. You're not just cleaning; you're creating a healthier, more welcoming space. So, save yourself the sweat and let the pros unveil the true beauty of your business. After all, first impressions are not just important—they're everything.
